Participation You are responsible for ensuring that all participants are physically able to participate in athletic activity. NYC Basketball League is not responsible for injuries sustained during play, practice, or any league-related activity. Payments All fees must be paid in full for your registration to be complete and your spot to be held. Unpaid registrations are subject to automatic cancellation. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy. Conduct All participants, coaches, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully toward other players, staff, and officials. NYC Basketball League reserves the right to remove any individual from a game, program, or the league for conduct that is deemed unsafe, abusive, or disruptive. Communications By registering, you agree to receive communications from NYC Basketball League related to your registration, schedule, and league updates. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Changes to Programs NYC Basketball League reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, and program details as needed.
