NYC Basketball League — Refund Policy All registration fees are non-refundable except as described below. Adult League Refunds are available only if you cancel within 24 hours of registering. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued. Missing games due to scheduling conflicts, playoffs, or personal reasons does not qualify for a refund or prorated credit. Summer Camp All camp registrations are non-refundable. If a participant is injured and misses camp days, we will issue a prorated account credit for the missed days. Injury credits are applied to your account and can be used toward a future registration. Free Agents If you registered as a free agent and were confused about how team placement works, contact us within 4 hours of registering and we'll issue a full refund. If you've been placed on a team and would prefer a different one, we're happy to work on a team swap — but team preference alone is not grounds for a refund. Platform Fees Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases. Exceptions All exceptions to this policy require approval from league management.
